Meredith Hall—the New York Times bestselling author of the memoir Without a Map—presents her debut novel, Beneficence. The advance praise for this journey through loss and grief is nothing short of glowing, with Pulitzer Prize winner Richard Russo raving “If the word ‘luminous’ didn’t already exist, you’d have to invent it to describe Meredith Hall’s radiant new novel.”

Wesley McNair is the former Poet Laureate of Maine. His collection The Lost Child: Ozark Poems, won the 2015 PEN New England Award for Literary Excellence in Poetry, and his most recent book of poems is Dwellers in the House of the Lord.
